1. Who we are

Trade2Retire ("T2R", "we", "us") is a forex and financial-markets education academy based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. These terms govern your use of our website and our educational programmes and services.

2. Education only, not financial advice

Everything we provide is for educational purposes only. We teach skills, systems and discipline. We do not provide personalised investment advice, we do not manage funds, and we do not trade on your behalf. Nothing on this site or in our programmes is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

3. What we do not do

To be completely clear, Trade2Retire does not and will not:

• Trade for you or on your behalf, ever.
• Offer account management or portfolio management services of any kind.
• Conduct brokerage activities, accept deposits for trading, or hold client funds.

We are purely an educational academy. Your account, your money and your trades remain entirely yours and under your own control at all times.

4. Risk disclosure

Trading forex and synthetic indices carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital. Past performance, including any results, backtests or examples shown, is not indicative of future results. You trade entirely at your own risk and are responsible for your own decisions.

4. No guarantee of profit

We make no promise or guarantee of income, profit or specific results from our programmes, tools, or signals. Any outcome depends on your own effort, discipline, risk management and market conditions outside our control.

5. Programmes, payments and instalments

Programme fees are displayed on our site. Payment may be accepted in USD or its Naira equivalent, and instalment arrangements may be offered at our discretion. Access to a programme is granted once payment terms are met. Free events such as KCP are provided at no cost.

6. Refunds

Because our programmes deliver knowledge and access to tools immediately, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsure whether a programme is right for you, please contact us before enrolling, and consider starting with our free KCP training.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials, tools, indicators, robots, content and branding provided by Trade2Retire remain our property. You may use them for your own personal trading and learning, but you may not resell, redistribute or republish them without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use our site and community respectfully and lawfully, and not to misuse our materials, harass other members, or share access credentials with non-members.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
